The workshop was able to implement:
Training of a team of 7 people (all trained painters)
Schedule estimate
Management of objectives according to the needs of the architect and furnishing
Distribution of staff in the different phases of gilding
Work management and quality control
Team spirit
Compliance with specifications
Compliance with specifications
Adaptation and carrying out additional work
In order to obtain the best progression, groups of 2 to 3 people were divided into different rooms in order to optimize each phase.
Between the preparatory and final stages, each member of the team
has specialized to be the most effective.
A real team spirit made it possible to carry out the project while respecting the specifications, which enabled the upholsterers to be able to continue once the gilding was finished.
